Born and raised in Texas with proud Guatemalan roots, Michelle's journey in the construction industry began with a drive to gain hands-on, real-world experience. She accepted an internship with Texas Made and quickly proved her natural talent for operational organization, stepping into her client-facing role as a Project Coordinator.
